ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge

This case is calendared on the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session, to be conducted remotely via Zoomgov. On January 7, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. Petitioner's counsel represents that, due to health issues and financial difficulties, petitioner "has been unable to participate in trial preparation." Later the same day respondent filed a Notice of Objection to peti tioner's Motion. Respondent does not oppose a continuance; however, he notes that this case has already been continued once and represents that petitioner has repeat edly ignored his requests for documentation. Respondent requests that the under signed retain jurisdiction to monitor the parties' progress toward resolution.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed January 7, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2022, petitioner shall supply to respondent's counsel the documents on which he would expect to rely at trial in support of his position. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 4, 2022, respondent shall file a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
