ORDER

Joseph W. Nega Judge.

On January 31, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time, requesting therein additional time in which to file a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed on December 7, 2021. Petitioner states therein that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion.

Accordingly, it is, ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time filed January 31, 2022, is granted and the time within which petitioner shall file with the Court a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is extended from February 7, 2022, to and including March 9, 2022.
