This case was stricken from the Court's October 10, 2023, Birmingham, Alabama trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On May 24, 2024, the parties filed a joint Status Report requesting additional time to file further reports. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2024, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then-present status of this case. The reports should address whether trial is expected and, if so, anticipated timing and length.
