An action for damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff in the theatre of defendant when, "while waiting an assignment to a seat by the usher, and while in the exercise of due care and caution, she tripped and fell and received the injuries of which she complains." Judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $5,633.33 and costs.
