Appeal, No. 34, Jan. T., 1969, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, Sept. T., 1967, No. 6, in case of Clayton M. Fox et al. v. Williamsport Area School District et al. Decree affirmed; reargument refused December 20, 1968.

Equity.

Decree entered in favor of defendants; exceptions by plaintiff dismissed, opinion by WOOD, J. Plaintiff appealed.

Clayton M. Fox, appellant, in propria persona.

Henry G. Hager, 3rd, with him Nathan W. Stuart, Arthur R. G. Solmssen, and Stuart, Murphy, Hager Smith, and Saul, Ewing, Remick Saul, for appellees.


Decree affirmed. Costs on appellants.
