It is ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration of the Court's order denying the motions for leave to file an overlength brief and to file a notice of petition for certification as within time and dismissing the notice of petition for certification (M-1068) is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that the miscellaneous motion to "re-open case and correct clerical errors" (M-1069) is denied.
