Foster v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Sep 17, 1999
741 So. 2d 613 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1999)

Opinion

No. 99-0172.

Opinion filed September 17, 1999.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County; Cynthia D. Angelos, Judge; L.T. Case No. 97-2348 CF.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Allen J. DeWeese, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Ettie Feistmann, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

The appellant's conviction and sentence are affirmed. However, we remand this case to the trial court to enter a single corrected judgment. The judgment should reflect that the appellant was found guilty by jury of trafficking in cocaine and driving while license suspended.

WARNER, C.J., STONE and STEVENSON, JJ., concur.
