Order reversed on argument, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with costs, for the reason that the moving papers disclose no legal ground for a change of the place of trial. Hirschberg, P.J., Bartlett, Jenks, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
