ORDER

By order of March 29, 2024, the application for leave to appeal the December 13, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Daher v Prime Healthcare Services-Garden City, LLC (Docket No. 165377). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on July 30, 2024, __Mich __(2024), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
