Appeal, No. 24, March T., 1966, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, March T., 1965, No. 17, in case of Harry W. Foster and Elsie K. Foster, his wife v. General State Authority. Judgment affirmed.

Eminent domain proceeding. Before SHUMAKER, P. J.

Verdict for plaintiffs, and plaintiffs' motion for new trial refused. Plaintiffs appealed.

Judgment affirmed.
