CLARENCE FOSTER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On September 29, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision. A review of those documents discloses that the Form 3623, Statement of Account, referenced as an attachment to the Settlement Stipulation is not attached to that document.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Settlement Stipulation, filed September 29, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 7, 2022, the parties shall file a proper Settlement Statement. The Court will hold the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision in abeyance.
