FORTY PINE, LLC v. COUNTRY BANK FOR SAVINGS.

The judgment as to count II is reversed. The matter is remanded for recalculation of the amount of damages in accordance with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The judgment is otherwise affirmed.
