This case is calendared for trial at the October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On October 3, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. On October 5, 2022, respondent filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and respondent requested 45 days to file a decision document with the Court.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session.  Petitioner is not expected to appear at the calendar call on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.  It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.  It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 28, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents.
