ORDER
PER CURIAM
The parties were referred to mediation on July 23, 2024.
Appellant notified the Court on August 2, 2024 that the parties cannot schedule mediation within the timeframe ordered because the assigned mediator is not available for mediation until October. The parties request that the mediation deadline be extended to October 31, 2024 so that mediation with the assigned mediator would be possible.
Accordingly, the time to mediate is extended to October 31, 2024. All other provisions of the referral to mediation order remain in effect. If additional time is needed to conduct mediation, any party may file a motion with this Court.
Mediation extended.
