Appeal from the 83 District Court of Pecos County, Texas (TC# P-7047-83-CV) ORDER

Pending before the Court is an unopposed motion filed by Cross-Appellants, Pecos County, City of Fort Stockton, Pecos County Water Control & Improvement District No. 1, and Brewster County Groundwater Conservation District, asking for additional time for oral argument and to allow three attorneys to present argument. The motion is GRANTED. The Court has determined that each side will be given thirty minutes for argument with rebuttal of ten minutes allotted to Appellant. The attorneys representing Cross-Appellants will be permitted to divide the allotted time as they deem necessary.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 5 day of October, 2016.
