Appellant's appointed counsel's motion to withdraw as attorney of record is granted because it complies with Rule 6.5 and is consistent with the pro se appellant's letter-request to refile appeal and for appointment of counsel, filed on September 14, 2017. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.5(a), (b), 10.1(a)(5), 10.3(a)(2). Accordingly, the Clerk of this Court is directed to remove Stan Schwieger as counsel for appellant. Mr. Schwieger is ordered to comply with his notification obligations to appellant and by filing a copy of that notice with the Clerk of this Court within ten days of this order. See id. 6.5(c).
