Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed June 29, 2023. On July 27, 2023, petitioners electronically filed (1) an Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and (2) an Affidavit of NA in Support of Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Affidavit is recharacterized as petitioners' First Supplement to Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 23, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioners' Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, as supplemented.
