VENDORS AND PURCHASERS, § 148 — forfeiture by vendor. In action to remove cloud on vendor's title, vendor had right to declare forfeiture of land purchase contract, as vendee had failed to make monthly payments for more than four years, and during the period of a mouth between service of notice of intention to forfeit and notice of forfeiture, vendee made no complaint about the time given him to protect himself, nor did he make any tender or offer of payment.
