ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

On November 13, 2023, the Court issued an Order directing the parties to file stipulated decision documents or status reports with the Court.

On December 15, 2023, a copy of the above-referenced Order issued to petitioner Shanquisha Janae Foreman was returned to the Court by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). A USPS label affixed to the envelop of the returned mail states "RETURN TO SENDER NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED UNABLE TO FORWARD."

On January 4, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he had located a new address for Ms. Foreman and had resent stipulated decision documents to her new address.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the mailing address listed in the Court's records for Ms. Foreman to match the new mailing address listed in paragraph 8 of the Commissioner's status report filed January 4, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall re-serve the Order issued on November 13, 2023, on Ms. Foreman at her new address. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 5, 2024, the parties shall file stipulated decision documents or status reports with the Court.
