ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's April 2019 Jackson, Mississippi, trial session, and jurisdiction as retained by the undersigned.

On November 12, 2021, respondent filed a status report, which indicated that all issues in this case have been resolved and that he is in the process of making minor adjustments to petitioners' June 2016 liability. Respondent further states that once the adjustments are complete, he will forward the proposed stipulated decision document to petitioners for review. We will allow the parties additional time to continue their progress. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case. 1
