Action to recover damages for medical malpractice, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury and tried to the jury before Murray, J.; directed verdict for the defendants; thereafter, the court denied the plaintiff's motion to set aside the verdict and rendered judgment for the defendants, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
