Appeal from the 292nd District Court of Dallas County, Texas (TC# F09-56554) ORDER

Pending before the Court is a motion filed by Ms. Nanette Hendrickson, Appellant's court-appointed attorney, to withdraw as counsel on appeal and abate to the trial court for appointment of substitute counsel. Ms. Hendrickson represents that there is a conflict of interest has arisen which prevents Ms. Hendrickson and the Dallas County Public Defender's Office from continuing to represent Appellant in this appeal. The motion to withdraw is GRANTED. The trial court is ordered to appoint counsel to represent Appellant on appeal. The order of appointment shall be filed with the trial court no later than August 19, 2014. Further, the order of appointment shall be included in a supplemental clerk's record and forwarded to this Court no later than August 29, 2014.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 29th day of July, 2014.
