MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant's counsel filed a brief in support of his motion to withdraw on the grounds that the appeal was frivolous. In response, appellant has filed a motion to withdraw the appeal. The Court GRANTS the motion of R.J. Hagood to withdraw as counsel and DIRECT the Clerk to remove Mr. Hagood as appellant's appointed attorney of record. We GRANT the motion to withdraw and ORDER the appeal DISMISSED and that this decision be certified below for observance. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.2(a).
