Order

Per Curiam:

Mr. Jeffery C. Ford appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, denying, after an evidentiary hearing, his Rule 29.15 amended motion for post-conviction relief, based on his claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided the parties a memorandum of law explaining our ruling. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
