    For class-of-one equal protection claims, the plaintiff must show that the defendants “intentionally treated him differently from similarly situated individuals without a rational basis.” Ford v. Sessoms, 727 Fed.Appx. 875, 877 (7th Cir. 2018) (citing Geinosky v. City of Chicago, 675 F.3d 743, 747 (7th Cir. 2012)). Taylor maintains that the officers discriminated against him on the basis of his race when they stopped him, frisked him, and detained him while checking for warrants.
