ORDER

Due to an inadvertent clerical error in petitioner Jackie Ford's name in the Court's Order served May 4, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order, served May 4, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which Jackie Ford shall file with the Court a Ratification of Petition is extended to June 5, 2023. If, by June 5, 2023, no ratification of petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction as to Jackie Ford. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioners, a form which may be used by petitioner Jackie Ford for purposes of ratifying the petition.
