By Order served December 12, 2022, the Court remanded this collection due process case to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental administrative hearing (Doc. 26). On April 26, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 27) attaching a copy of the Supplemental Notice of Determination issued to petitioner on April 25, 2023.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 2, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) describing the status of the case or a proposed stipulated decision.
