This case was continued from the Court's September 20, 2021, San Diego, California, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On January 18, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the stipulated decision document was recently sent to petitioner for his signature. The Commissioner requests 30 days to file a stipulated decision document with the Court. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 22, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document with the Court.
