Upon due consideration of respondent's Status Report filed May 3, 2024, and the recitals therein concerning respondent's concession of the case in full, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the trial calendar of the Court scheduled to commence in Boston, Massachusetts, on May 13, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 28, 2024, submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision showing that there is no deficiency in federal income tax due from petitioner for 2019 or file a joint written report concerning the then-present status of this case.
