Defendant-appellant having moved for further enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 21, 2017, and from a judgment, same court, entered on or about August 21, 2017,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the May 2019 Term, with leave to seek further enlargements, if necessary.
