Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of the alleged negligence of the defendants, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford, where the court, Kulawiz, J., granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. No error.
