Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration, filed May 30, 2024, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration is granted in that the Court's Order served May 23, 2024, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 26, 2024, respondent shall file an objection, if any, to petitioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, filed May 22, 2024, as supplemented by petitioner's First Supplement thereto, filed May 23, 2024. Failure to file an objection by the foregoing date may result in the granting of such Motion, as supplemented.
