Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action and Notice of Final Determination Not to Abate Interest, filed August 27, 2021. By Order served September 1, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, to the foregoing Motion. To date, no such objection has been filed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion is granted, and so much of this case relating to a notice of determination concerning collection action and a notice of final determination not to abate interest for the taxable year 2017 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. All references to such notices are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.

Petitioner is informed that so much of this case relating to the Notice of Deficiency issued to her for the taxable year 2017 remains pending before the Court.
