This case is presently calendared for trial on the Court's April 4, 2022, Memphis, Tennessee trial session. On March 4, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance of trial and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket to allow petitioners more time to obtain and organize documentation to resolve the case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's April 4, 2022, Memphis, Tennessee trial session and is continued generally.
