Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and appellant is directed to make the parties' son available to Omshanti Parnes, Esq., by no later than August 15, 2016. The time to file and serve the brief of the attorney for the child is extended to September 12, 2016.
