ORDER

This I.R.C. section 6015 case is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed July 28, 2023. Respondent's motion was heard in Dallas, Texas, on October 30, 2023, during the trial session that started in that city on that date. Counsel for respondent appeared and argued in support of the motion. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that not later than December 29, 2023, the parties, jointly or separately report in writing as to the status of the case, unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner.
