In an action on behalf of an infant to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of alleged negligence of appellants in placing and maintaining an obstruction in a highway and by his father for loss of services and for expenses, judgment for plaintiffs unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
