This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 13, 2021, for cases where New York, New York is the place of Trial.

On September 10, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Respondent's motion indicates that petitioner has recently had a death in the family, and, as such, Petitioner will need additional time to work on his case. Counsel for respondent will continue efforts to resolve this case without the necessity of a trial. Respondent's motion indicates that Petitioner does not object to a continuance.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed September 10, 2021, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the September 13, 2021, New York, New York trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
