ORDER


The complaint in this action purports to premise federal jurisdiction solely on diversity of citizenship. It fails adequately to allege the citizenship of either the defendant or of any of the business trust plaintiffs. Accordingly, absent the filing, on or before April 11, 2003, of an amended complaint sufficiently alleging complete diversity of citizenship, the action will be dismissed.

SO ORDERED.
