Case No. 03-72861.
August 11, 2004
ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR TIME EXTENSION
On July 15, 2004, the Magistrate Judge filed his Report and Recommendation. On July 23, 2004, Plaintiff filed his (1) "Objections to Magistrates [sic] RR;" and (2) "Motion for Time Extension." Plaintiff requests a thirty-day time extension, "on the grounds that ten days is not adequate to respond to a report that took a staff of legal experts one year to fabricate." (Motion, p. 1).
The Court has reviewed the motion, and finds the Plaintiff's Motion for Time Extension is moot because Plaintiff filed his Objections to the Report and Recommendation on July 23, 2004. Plaintiff does not require any extra time to submit his Objections; they have been submitted. Accordingly, the Court DENIES Plaintiff's Motion for Time Extension.
SO ORDERED.
