Having considered the ex pane Motion of Defendant Sprint Communications Company, L.P. ("Sprint") for leave to file an overlength reply Memorandum in Support of its Motion to Dismiss Flying J, Inc. and Ton Services, Inc.'s (collectively "Flying J") First Amended Complaint, and good cause appearing therefor,
