In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and for loss of services, plaintiffs appeal from an order denying their motion to be relieved from their failure to comply with the provisions of subdivision 5 of section 426 of the Civil Practice Act, and to transfer the action from the nonjury to the jury calendar. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
