760 So. 2d 291 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 2D97-4534.

June 9, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Pinellas County; Brandt C. Downey, III, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Megan Olson, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Ronald Napolitano, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

Brenyan Floyd appeals his judgments of conviction for offenses occurring on May 19, 1997, and the sentences imposed pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. We affirm the convictions without further discussion. We remand this case to the trial court, however, to reconsider the sentences. See Smith v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly D1273, — So.2d —, 2000 WL 668492 (Fin. 2d DCA May 24, 2000).
