This case was stricken from the Court's February 28, 2022, Nashville, Tennessee trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned. Until recently, petitioner Joe Floyd was represented by counsel. Now that Mr. Floyd's attorney has withdrawn from the case, we would like to hear from the parties to see how they would like to move forward. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that no later than August 25, 2023, the parties shall confer and discuss the status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 8, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
