Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case was stricken from the Court's February 28, 2022, Nashville, Tennessee trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 14, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that counsel for both parties have agreed to a tentative resolution for this matter. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 17, 2023, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case. If the parties have not submitted a stipulated decision document by that time, the Court is inclined to hold a conference call with the parties to discuss this case.
