Ernest Flowers ("Flowers"), seeks certiorari review of the trial court's order summarily denying his Rule 3.850 Motion for Post-conviction relief. We treat Flowers' petition as a notice of appeal and affirm. Fla.R.App.P. 9.040(c).

Affirmed.
