Opinion

SC2024-1252

11-07-2024

Ernest Marquis Flowers, Petitioner(s) v. Secretary, Department of Corrections, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 132002CF015545C000XX

Petitioner's "Motion for Emergency Injunction" is hereby treated as a petition for writ of mandamus. Because Petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). No motion for rehearing will be considered by the Court.

CANADY, LABARGA, GROSSHANS, FRANCIS, and SASSO, JJ., concur.
