The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Respondent and any employees or persons acting in concert with Respondent are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the report and the stipulation.

Respondent shall pay restitution in the amount of $970.00 to Lori L. Clutter under the terms and conditions of the report and the stipulation. Respondent shall provide a monthly written report to the UPL Department of The Florida Bar detailing the petitioner to whom restitution has been made and the amounts paid.

Respondent is assessed a $2,000.00 monetary penalty pursuant to Rule 10-7.1(d)(1) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, which shall be paid to this Court within 180 days of the date of this order.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Stephen Silvestro in the amount of $350.00, for which sum let execution issue. The costs shall be paid to The Florida Bar within 180 days of the date of this order, absent an agreement with the Bar.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
