The uncontested report of the referee is approved and respondent is disbarred for five years, effective, nunc pro tunc, June 19, 2007. Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report of referee and the guilty plea and consent to immediate disbarment.

Respondent shall reimburse the Clients' Security Fund of The Florida Bar for any amounts paid on his behalf to claimants, and said reimbursements shall be paid in full prior to respondent's readmission to The Florida Bar.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Mitchell J. Olin in the amount of $5,514.00, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment.
