Upon consideration of James Weldon Aaron's petition for review filed in the above cause, it is ordered that the findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners is approved. Aaron's petition is hereby denied and James Weldon Aaron shall not be admitted to The Florida Bar at this time. Aaron shall be ineligible to reapply for admission for a period of two years from December 8, 2009, the date of the Board's findings.See Fla. Bar Admiss. R. 3-23.6(d).

CANADY, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, POLSTON, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.

QUINCE, J., dissents.
